Chartres-Landivisiau, July 17th
- July 17, 2018
Another night at the youth hostel, where I slept for about 6 hours after finishing my flight planning for Landivisiau late into the night. This morning, the weather is mediocre, which is good, as we won’t get too hot under the canopies while waiting for the departure time.

Getting 60 planes to take off takes a certain amount of time and requires good coordination from everyone. The organization’s planes, the Antonov, the Pilatus, and the Trinidad, depart first. The flight duration will be approximately 150 minutes, which is 62.5 liters of fuel for the DR400. Its tank holds 109 liters, so there’s no problem, there’s plenty of margin.

Upon arrival at Landivisiau, which is a military base, the blog might be a little quiet. I will update you as soon as I can.
